I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions by exploring patterns, strengths, and experiences that have shaped beliefs and daily life. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental and grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your experience. Through our work together, I hope to provide a space that supports you in exploring areas that feel sticky while inviting forth the change you hope to see.

I work with people who may be exploring relationship dynamics and healing from interpersonal violence, sexual trauma, or challenging relationship patterns. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, creating boundaries, quieting your inner critic, or building self-confidence, we can explore strengths and patterns together.

My approach to therapy is nonjudgmental and collaborative. I believe you are the expert of your experience, and together, we'll explore paths that align with your therapeutic goals.
