Life can feel overwhelming at times. Taking that step to reach out for help takes courage and should be commended. I consider it a privilege to be able to walk along side individuals in their healing journey. As a Christian myself, I appreciate when I can bring the faith perspective into sessions. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where children, teens, and adults can feel understood, valued, and equipped with tools for growth.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience in working with individuals with ADHD, ASD, OCD, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, grief/loss, and self-esteem concerns. I utilize a variety of approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, and IFS. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process that builds on each person's strengths.
