When you are aware of your typical responses, you are able to challenge the parts of your reactions that do not serve you.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have seen the relief that therapy can bring. I like to consider the impact of trauma, individual strengths, and possible solutions when approaching therapy. Each person is unique and the right approach will depend on you. We can work to find the approach that works for you! It all starts with a conversation.
