I help you learn to rewire your brain and body so you can alleviate knee-jerk reactions that rule your life. We replace that feeling with a deep sense of calm, grounded wisdom. To do this I use treatments such as EMDR and somatic work in order to help connect your mind and body, which encourages you to utilize new strategies that will better serve you.
In addition to EMDR and somatic work, I offer traditional talk therapy where my sole objective is to truly welcome, understand, & accept all parts of you and your narrative. We all deserve to feel seen, understood, & validated in this moment, just as we are. I am deeply grateful and honored to do this work alongside you. I look forward to working together!
