As a licensed mental health practitioner in private practice, I meet each client and situation with openness and authenticity. Combining a variety of therapeutic interventions with my holistic integrative training offers clients a personalized treatment approach to promote healing and optimal holistic health.

My practice utilizes a variety of treatment modalities and interventions, based on each client's individual needs, including: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approach, eye-movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), hypnotherapy, narrative therapy, somatic techniques, client-centered, Gottman techniques, acceptance-commitment therapy.
