In my practice I focus on in supporting women and birthing people through the emotional and psychological transitions of reproductive life. I work with clients across the full spectrum of experiences—from preparing for pregnancy and navigating fertility challenges, to pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the often-overlooked stages of perimenopause and menopause.
