I provide virtual, trauma-informed counseling services for adolescents (12+) and adults using evidence-based practices that help clients address unhelpful thinking and improve responses. I also help clients develop a tool chest of techniques to increase their tolerance to distress, regulate their emotions, and shift relationships with pain and others.
