I provide trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming telehealth therapy for adults — especially women and high-achieving moms who are tired of pushing through, exhausted from masking, and wanting to live more authentically. Many of my clients are capable, organized, and outwardly “high-achieving,” yet feel overwhelmed by emotional labor, chronic exhaustion, anxiety, etc. If you suspect you’re neurodivergent (ADHD, autism spectrum, or both), spent years masking, or are navigating burnout or life transitions, we should work together.
I offer realistic, caring, empathetic strength based therapy for people who are looking to live authentically and curate a life that is meaningful I offer telehealth therapy services to people in Maine, Utah, Connecticut and Florida.

An intentional community meeting consisting of moms who need support, a place to speak, and a place to feel like they can let down the mask for an hour. Mothering is lonely, scary, difficult and also exhilirating, and this group will let you connect with other moms, support each other, problem solve, and hopefully help you become less reactive and more proactive in parenting.
