As a clinical social worker, I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals in a variety of therapeutic settings. Creating a therapeutic environment that is warm, compassionate and nurturing is one of my strengths. My areas of special interest include adjustment to life changes, low self-esteem, stress management, relational concerns and emotional/mood disorders.
My therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy with strengths based, solution focused, family systems and developmental theories that align best with the goals of each individual client.
