About
Are you struggling with self-acceptance, insomnia, anxiety, trauma, gender/sexuality, control, relationship, or attachment issues? Maybe you're struggling to find your sense of purpose. And let’s face it, this is sort of like match.com for therapy. You’re looking for someone who you’ll vibe with who can really understand you. Someone to laugh and cry with you, too. It can be difficult to open up to a complete stranger, yet you’re willing to be vulnerable because you know you need to make a change.
If you’re looking for someone who is creative in their therapeutic approach who will help you make meaningful changes, let’s chat! We're known for using scientific frameworks in a conversational style to help you become the best version of yourself.
