I am licensed in NY and CA. I offer in-person therapy in San Diego and virtual therapy in NY and CA. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan.
I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and use principles of this highly effective treatment to balance structure and flexibility with my clients. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD (ERP), and various parenting interventions.
