With having over 30 years of experience working with adolescents, and adults I highly respect, embrace, and value a multicultural perspective recognizing each client comes from a unique cultural and social context which in turn enhances, enriches, and strengthens the counseling experience.
Having experience seeing clients in both a clinical and school setting and working collaboratively with clients establishing strategies and techniques that are tailored to each individual client’s needs provides an opportunity for each client to safely explore their own cognitive triangle (connections between one’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors/actions).
