I have 15 years of experience providing therapy to children, teens, and adults. I help with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. I use Synergetic Play Therapy with younger kiddos and I use CBT, EMDR and other evidenced based treatment to help you get the help you need.
