Hello! My name is Kristen Ayers, and I am a mental health therapist providing services to all adult clients, with a focus on helping older adults. I specialize in helping people who are experiencing depression and anxiety, as well as those who are struggling with grief and loss. I work well with people who are feeling misunderstood and need a safe, understanding space to share what they are going through. I love working with people who are open to new ways of thinking about their problems and have a desire to be a part of the positive change they want for themselves. I specialize in aging-related concerns, grief and loss, and end of life issues. Many people experience anxiety and depression as they face the challenges of chronic illness and physical decline. Utilizing a combination of modalities, I work with people to help them find acceptance and peace within the aging process.
