About
I believe that connection, understanding, and acceptance are the foundations of therapeutic change. My experience as a therapist highlights attachment and repairing relationships. My areas of focus are anxiety, depression, and navigating family dynamics. I utilize trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate interventions to support trauma processing and building skills.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in evidenced based treatment for children, teens, young adults, and families. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and trauma. I am trained in Eco-systemic family therapy and enjoy working with family dynamics.
I am now accepting new clients both in person and online.
