I am queer-identified neurodivergent Clinical Social Worker specializing in care for LGBTQ+ adults and couples. I have experience in both the inpatient and outpatient settings treating depression, anxiety, symptoms related to trauma, self-harm behaviors, disordered eating behaviors, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADD, ADHD, grief/loss, and personality disorders. I have also worked extensively with the transgender and gender non-conforming community and is informed in working with gender identity exploration and struggles related to body dysphoria.
In my work, I utilize the therapeutic relationship to help clients explore historical relational patterns that may influence disruptive behaviors or experiences in their present everyday life. I appreciate the individuality of each of my clients and adapt my treatment modality to best suit their needs.
To my future clients: Therapeutic work is challenging and requires a great deal of bravery. I am consistently inspired by the hard work it entails every single day and I will do my best to always honor this in our work together.
