My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that every individual has the ability to overcome their mental health challenges with the right support and guidance. I utilize a holistic approach that takes into account the whole person, exploring the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I’m experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults and families, treating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, and life transitions. I have experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I’m currently seeing clients in-person and via telehealth.
