People need people. Trust your gut to know that something led you to reach out. You are stronger than you feel. It's possible for things to be different. I offer support dealing with trauma, sudden loss, relationship struggles, & major life changes. NEW group options available for mother's support/connections. What happened does not have to define you. I specialize in helping with depressive struggles to feel connected again and empowered. I work to build self-esteem back. Speaking the truth can feel like a weight is finally lifted. Grounding techniques can help you feel more in control. You deserve to be listened to right now.
Trained in psychological recovery, crisis, & trauma. For over 15 years, I've supported people fighting mental health struggles. I help avoid hospitalization with suicidal concerns or self-injury. I offer help adjusting to life changes & the heartbreaking grief journey. I include providers as appropriate to encourage holistic treatment for further support.
Sometimes people hold stuff in for so long, it doesn't feel like it can ever be different. It truly can. But, debilitating anxiety & depression can make doubt. Try to lean in to trust something new. Something has helped you continue on so I try to focus on your resilience. I am honored to help and know it may be the only time someone tries reaching out.

Groups
Mamas Supporting Mamas
Focus is on supporting moms without judgment, providing grounding techniques to help you feel more in control, discuss potential outlets, and be a space to share what’s on your heart. This is all during adjusting to your new life, roles, hormones, body changes, & dedication to do the very best & often unrecognized work of caring for our children. It is a "show up as you are" support group. If that means nursing, rocking, sitting in pajamas- know that it’s ALL GOOD. Options for those seeking connection without leaving home! Please honor what is right for you & give yourself grace
