Welcome! I specialize in adults who are on The Autism Spectrum or suspect they might be. I offer evaluations, diagnoses, counseling and advocacy. It is my belief that autism is "another order" rather than a "dis-order" and that people on The Spectrum bring a unique set of skills and a new perspective to the world.
I also enjoy counseling neurotypical children and teens challenged by depression, anxiety, issues at school, challenges with family relationships and self-esteem. My work with neurotypical adults often focuses on issues such as depression, grief, life transitions and aging. Themes such as self-worth, identity, and life's purpose are also explored.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Existentialism, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and cognitive behavioral techniques. This allows me to honor and validate your unique experience, help you relate to it in a new way, and provide you with tools to help you move forward. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.
