I utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, empathetic parenting support, and solution-focused therapy in my work. In treatment we will use the strategies that connect for you to focus on your objectives.
I join collaboratively with individuals to find their place of struggle and create change from there.
