I enjoy working with clients who feel things deeply, think in layers, and often sense the world a little more intensely than those around you. You may be neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or just someone who’s tired of being told you’re ‘too much.’ You’re navigating trauma, burnout, attachment wounds, or identity shifts, and you want to make sense of who you are now - inside systems that never worked for you. You’re looking for real understanding, not a script or a checklist.

I blend trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and existential frameworks to help you move from survival toward meaning and self-trust. Together we’ll uncover patterns, strengthen your nervous system, and create space for the life you're creating.

Therapy doesn’t have to be performative. It can be honest, curious, and human. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. I’ll meet you where you are, at the pace your nervous system can handle. You’re allowed to take up space with me.
