In my practice, I provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. My work is grounded in empirically supported treatments, with a particular emphasis on exposure-based and cognitive-behavioral therapies e.g., Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I believe exposure techniques empower individuals to live meaningful lives despite inevitable strife and distress. My clients often include highly functioning professionals, students, veterans, military personnel, and athletes, and I bring understanding of their unique experiences to support growth and resilience.
