I work with individuals navigating OCD, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem, mood disorders, and emotional distress-helping them better understand their experiences, reconnect with their strengths,and build meaningful change at their own pace.
I have completed training in perinatal mental health and am passionate about helping women navigate medical and emotional challenges throughout their reproductive journey. I have also received training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP).
