I’ve worked with a variety of groups including young adults and families. I’m trained in DBT and CBT therapies, which are both shown to be effective for many issues affecting mental health and substance misuse. I also have more than 30 years of experience, working alongside individuals and families and and helping them navigate life changes.
When it comes down to it, therapy is about trust and connection. I believe you’ll find that I’m not overly formal, and I’m focused first on listening and understanding.
