Hello my name is Kristan Corl and welcome to Mind and Body Connection LLC! Are you feeling overwhelmed by life's transitions, struggling with anxiety, trauma or depression? I specialize in working with adults, focusing on men’s and women’s issues, life transitions, trauma, and managing emotional distress. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space for healing and growth, empowering you to find clarity and resilience in the face of challenges.
I help individuals cope with anxiety, substance use, stressful, life events, trauma, and depression. We explore strategies to manage these challenges and find relief. I'm passionate about guiding individuals towards natural lifestyle changes, including discussions on how food and lifestyle impact mental health.
In our first session, you're welcome to share your story at your own pace. I understand it can be hard to open up, and I’m honored to be part of your healing journey. I focus on building a safe, non-judgmental space where trust can grow, helping you increase self-awareness, live authentically, and feel more grounded.
