More than talk therapy - I’m a trauma specialist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and Lifespan Integration therapist based in Birmingham, Alabama. My approach blends compassion, neuroscience, and body-based healing to support clients in finding safety, balance, & connection within themselves. As one of the few Somatic Experiencing Practitioners (SEPs) in Alabama, I have completed extensive, multi-year training in understanding how the nervous system processes and resolves trauma.
I specialize in working with professionals and individuals navigating high-stress environments, burnout, trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. Through attuned, body-based interventions, I support clients in developing greater capacity for self-regulation, so they can move through life with renewed focus and a grounded sense of calm.
