My goal is to guide my clients in the direction of what they have control of and help them make the positive changes in those areas.
Most often I work with individuals and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment disorders, life transitions, parenting and family issues, stress & anger management, health & wellness and school & work issues. I have worked with people of all areas of the lifespan.
I find that the therapeutic relationship is most important to build in the beginning and maintain throughout my work with clients. I work hard to create an environment where my clients can build trust with me and the therapeutic process. With trust and time comes change and strength.
