I work with teens, adults, parents, veterans, and law enforcement who are tired of pretending, trying to survive, and holding it together alone. Many of my clients have been struggling for years, been in higher levels of care, and have tried therapy that didn't go deep enough. I specialize in trauma, self-harm, parent/ family support and dissociative disorders. I have a particular heart for those whose lives have demanded or taken things that most people only hear about. Whatever you have survived in silence, watched your teen suffer through, brought home from the line of duty, or buried so deep it feels forgotten. I can handle it.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in trauma and complex presentations. My approach is warm and collaborative, but I will not tiptoe around hard things. I use proven tools like EMDR, Flash Technique, parts work (IFS), etc. For those who want their faith woven into the healing process, I am able to offer care that honors both.

Collaborative therapy leads to lasting change. If you are ready for work that goes deep, hits the root, and actually moves you forward, I would love to be the one in your corner. I do not accept insurance. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance if they provide out-of-network reimbursement. I offer a fixed number of sliding scale spots per year for veterans, based on availability. EMDR sessions are $250/ 90 minutes and EMDR intensives vary by length.

Healing from trauma, self-harm, and the spectrum of dissociation is possible with the right approach. I use EMDR as a primary treatment method because it works at the level where trauma actually lives. Sessions are available in a 90 minute format or as intensives spanning 3 to 5 hours over one to five days. Intensives allow us to go deeper, faster, without the stop and start of weekly therapy.
