My areas of expertise include various psychological challenges, including Anxiety Disorders, Depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Life Transitions. I also provider ADHD and ASD evaluations for individuals ages 18 and older.
My practice draws upon a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. This allows me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
