Getting unstuck and breaking patterns is hard AND is hard-wired in us. But sometimes the motivation to change gets used up by the pressures of daily life and just trying to get through another day. I work well with complex trauma, mood struggles, anxiety, disordered eating, couples therapy, and those who just need an understanding space to get things out. I work with teenagers (16+), adults, and couples from all backgrounds and identities. I have 18 years of experience in mental health and drug and alcohol therapy and am an EMDR certified therapist.
