I provide therapy for adults ages 21+ who are struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, childhood trauma, PTSD, chronic stress, overwhelm, low self-esteem, ADHD, racing thoughts, overthinking, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Many clients come to me feeling exhausted by constant worry, difficulty focusing, people-pleasing, or patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
With more than 25 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), my approach is warm, practical, and trauma-informed.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), clinical hypnosis, EFT/tapping, mindfulness, meditation, and coping skills training to help clients reduce anxiety, heal from trauma, build confidence, and create lasting change.
I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy for adults throughout Ohio. My office is conveniently located near Dublin (43017), Worthington (43085), Westerville (43081, 43082), Delaware (43015), and Northwest Columbus (43235, 43214).
