I'm interested in supporting you through identifying patterns, exploring the ways trauma manifests in your life, looking at the impact of relationships and systems on your identity, and noticing the connections between past and present. I work with children, adolescents and young adults around issues of identity development, life transitions, complex trauma, abuse and neglect, gender and sexuality, attachment issues and relationship challenges.
My practice is centered around our therapeutic relationship and incorporates elements of parts work and creative arts therapies. It is important to me to create an approach that is tailored specifically to what you want and need. My style is playful, challenging, and grounded in curiosity - above all, I want you to feel understood.
