Everyone faces challenges in life, but you don't have to go through it alone. Healing happens in relationships -in our connections to self, community and the environment. As a clinician, I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and treatment is a collaborative process led by the client with guidance from the clinician. My primary goal is to provide support to individuals and families to help them find the best solutions for themselves to achieve their goals. In session I utilize strengths-based, values-driven and person-centered techniques to help clients find their own path to optimal health and wellbeing.
I have over five years experience working with youth and families in intensive community mental health programs in Washington state, including WISe and the Children's Long-term Inpatient Program (CLIP), treating a variety of mental and behavioral health needs. I specialize in trauma, the adoption/foster/kinship constellation and children's mental health.
