About
Choosing to begin therapy is a brave decision. My supportive and empathic nature will help you to navigate the struggles you may be facing within your family or other relationships, work, school, health or any other area of life, as well as develop solutions to unique and everyday problems. As a therapist, I utilize a collaborative and flexible approach to ensure you are an active part of the process. I believe that humor and lightheartedness are vital in our work together. I incorporate mindfulness-based interventions, expressive art activities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques into my work.
One size does not fit all in therapy. By utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches and interventions, I am able to meet the specific needs of each individual client to develop greater self-acceptance, develop necessary coping skills, and facilitate healing.
