I specialize in neurodivergence, CPTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. As a queer, chronically ill, and neurodivergent therapist, I understand firsthand how healthcare and societal systems require dismantling. While I can’t overhaul these systems alone, I aim to help clients deconstruct internalized expectations, heal their way through trauma, and build lives that align with their needs and values. My work is rooted in IFS and ACT, integrating a holistic perspective that honors the connection between mind and body. I also offer neurodivergent-affirming ADHD and Autism testing, and presurgical evaluations.
Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and supportive. I won’t just nod along or ask you to do the impossible. I center your consent when using therapeutic interventions. I will help you challenge old patterns and explore what truly serves you. I encourage your feedback throughout sessions and actively integrate it into my therapeutic approach.
