Life’s challenges can feel consuming, & it’s easy to let those struggles hinder growth. To support you in your journey of growth, I'll often pull from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrating mindfulness practices to promote self-awareness & emotional regulation. I enjoy incorporating skill-building exercises, meditation, & daily tools you can use outside the therapy room to support continued healing & growth.

I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, & all adults who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-harm, trauma, stress, relationships, focus, life transitions, & more.
