I am a licensed professional counselor who focuses on the treatment of adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress. My goal is to help individuals find their voice to fight against shame through empowerment and self-exploration. My hope is to help clients find freedom in being the most authentic versions of themselves. I believe that counseling can be a safe place to begin this healing. Through an integrated approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit, we are able to move towards our hopes and desires, no longer stuck.

I am trained in EMDR trauma therapy which is a somatic therapy where the client is completely conscious, in charge, and able, through the strength of the mind, to desensitize and reprocess memories that affect us in the present, as stated by the EMDR International Association. I am also trained in CBT skills, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness techniques.
