My approach is warm, validating, and person-centered. I see my role as a guide walking alongside you, offering support, skills, and honest reflections as you move toward the life you envision. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT-informed therapy, ACT, ERP, CPT, and mindfulness, I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs.

Whether it means taking small, steady steps or making bigger transformations, together, we’ll focus on building resilience, deepening self-understanding, and moving toward the life you envision for yourself.
