You’ve been trying to hold it together, but lately everything feels heavier than it should. In therapy, we slow everything down so you can actually hear yourself think (without spiraling). We make sense of the emotions you’ve been avoiding because they feel “too big,” “too messy,” or “too much.”
My style is warm, honest, fun, and grounding. I’m not here to judge you or tell you to “just think positive.” I’m here to help you understand why you react the way you do, break the patterns that keep repeating, and learn how to communicate your needs without fear, guilt, or shutting down. You don’t have to go through this alone or pretend you’re fine.
