Hope Centered Counseling provides a safe space for our clients. Our principle mission is to help our clients to overcome life’s obstacles through talk therapy coupled with a personalized program to increase resilience, cultivate solace, and find hope again.
As the owner and primary therapist, I use a variety of client-centered and family systems approaches during therapy, depending on what is best for each client. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, life changes, grief, trauma, marital issues, parenting issues, and blended families.
