I am person in long term recovery with BS, CRPA and Recovery/life Coach and the spouse of a person that has struggled with addiction, anxiety and depression I coach my clients using lived experience, coupled with teaching coping skills and setting short term and long term goals. Giving my clients a safe space to share, grow and have a partner in life change.
