My practice is centered on helping athletes, coaches and their families navigate mental health and performance issues. I approach counseling from a guiding perspective. You hold the answers you're looking for, but sometimes there are things blocking us from being able to tap into these answers. Together we work on navigating these issues and finding clarity, peace, and healing. Some of my hobbies are: snowboarding, fishing, camping, spending time with my family, and jiu jitsu!
My specialties are: Brainspotting, Trauma and PTSD, Depression and Anxiety. I also provide sport performance/mental performance coaching. I offer in-person and telehealth appointments.
It can be intimidating, awkward, or anxiety provoking to seek out therapy. I meet you where you're at and we together decide if I'm the best fit for you. So often we can feel trapped with a provider, but that's not my approach at all. I offer 15 min consults prior to scheduling an intake to connect and answer any pressing concerns!
