I work with trauma survivors, neurodivergent adults, therapists, and people exploring gender, sexuality, ENM, polyamory, and kink in a space that is genuinely affirming. I specialize in psychedelic assisted therapy, sex therapy, and treatment resistant trauma and OCD. I provide gender affirming letters, evaluations, and accommodations. I am direct and I will challenge you. I am also fully in your corner and believe deeply in your capacity to heal and your right to define what that looks like.

I don't just offer a safe and affirming space. I bring advanced board level training to back it up, including IFS, EMDR, ART, MAPS psychedelic therapy, AASECT sex therapy, CPT, ACT, somatic approaches, and a PhD in Natural Medicine, alongside specialized training in ENM, kink, and queer populations. Every approach is tailored to you, not a method.

I have personal experience with providers who saw a diagnosis before they saw a person, who didn't understand neurodivergence, and who pathologized identity and lifestyle rather than exploring them.
