Counseling is a collaborative process wherein I call upon clinically tested and evidence-based approaches to guide the process, including CBT and humanistic therapy. Through the use of a variety of interventions, such as creative expression, roleplaying, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques, I help my clients reach their therapeutic goals.
My education, training, and experience allows me to treat a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Further, I can assist those struggling with grief, major life events, or daily stress. Counseling can be a great benefit for issues and situations, big and small.
