I’m Krista Hale, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 45 years of experience in the mental health field. At the age of 54, I went back to school to earn my master's degree and became a licensed clinician. I currently offer counseling to individuals, families, and couples via telehealth. I enjoy working with clients on a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
I obtained my BSW in 1978 and my MS in Mental Health Counseling in 2013, becoming a licensed counselor in Virginia in 2016. My approach is person-centered, emphasizing acceptance, non-judgment, and respect for diverse worldviews.
