Are you feeling taken advantage of and have trouble setting boundaries? I understand the struggles with codependency and can assist in the process of setting healthy boundaries. One of my specialties is the recovery from narcissistic abuse. This emotional abuse is manipulative and destructive, all while publicly presenting as charming, helpful, and normal. Anxiety, depression, gastrointestinal issues, other manifestations of trauma can occur after suffering through emotional abuse and trauma. There is help for it and I'm here to help you.
Over the years, I have developed an affinity for various individuals. Not all clients I see are cis-gender or survivors of narcissistic abuse. To name a few, I have a fondness for: LGBTQIA+, empaths, religious trauma survivors, chronic pain survivors, interracial & blended families, and those who seek self-esteem building or relationship/parenting skills.
As a child of immigrants, I've gained an understanding of the multi-stressors experienced by many first generation Americans. I also stand in solidarity with BIPOC. I offer sessions that are either by phone or video conferencing and am available late evening hours. I offer talk therapy that incorporates mindfulness and dream analysis.
