If you are experiencing low self-confidence, people-pleasing, hopelessness, panic, and chronic pain, there is help. I'm here to support you. I specialize in treating depression, trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues. Survivors of trauma, empath support, narcissistic abuse recovery, codependency, LGBTQ, neurodivergence (ASD & ADHD), and alternate lifestyles (Poly, Kink, etc) are some areas of my expertise.
One of my specialties is recovery from narcissistic abuse. This emotional abuse is usually manipulative and destructive, all while publicly presenting as charming, helpful, and normal. Anxiety, depression, low self esteem, G.I. issues, other manifestations of trauma are often seen during or after this type of emotional abuse.
Dream analysis, mindfulness, art, music, and humor can be incorporated into treatment. As an adult child of interracial immigrant parents, I've gained a personal understanding of the multi-stressors experienced by many first generation Americans. I've also increased my education around BIPOC concerns.
