I am so happy to be able to offer psychotherapy services here in the seacoast community. I know you have a range of providers to choose from & I'm glad you are taking the time to review my information. I have expertise in many areas given that I have worked for over 30 years in the field, but also because I have purposefully sought out opportunities for growth that would challenge me and enrich my clinical skills. I offer a vast range of clinical expertise based on my diverse work experiences.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, OCD and panic; transgender support; LGBTQ support; intimacy/sexuality; adjustment issues; grief/loss; life transitions; menopause; work stress. I offer short-term treatment, or ongoing psychotherapy. Please call to tell me about your situation and we'll set some manageable goals.
I accept numerous insurance plans but also offer private pay options for those wishing to not utilize insurance coverage. Also, please note that if you have EAP offered through your workplace, you may benefit from fully covered sessions for a limited time period, so you may want to look into that.
