I have extensive experience working with and helping adult individuals navigate life’s difficulties and issues including depression, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, wellness self-management, and self-esteem. I help individuals to address their challenges, emotions, and stressors, while empowering them to create positive and lasting changes in life.
My approach to therapy is individualized to each specific client, as everyone has different needs. I prioritize building the therapeutic relationship with clients and providing therapy services in a comfortable, safe, non-judgmental space. I use different modalities in my sessions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
