Life gets complicated... anxiety, depression, cancer, marriage issues. All of this in addition to our normal life transitions. Good news... you don't have to go through this alone. I'm here to support you through the counseling process. I believe all people are capable of experiencing freedom from unhealthy patterns and healing from hurtful situations and relationships.
I enjoy working with people from a variety of backgrounds who are dealing with an assortment of issues. For Couples, I have completed training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 and 2.
